We often do fun activities together and start every week with an all hands-meeting where we update each other on what’s happening during the week. We also end the week with a common breakfast on Fridays, a perfect way to get together not only with your team but all colleagues.

Your manager or team lead will contact you before your first day to let you know when you’ll meet at the office and whether you need to bring anything with you.

Neat, clean, and appropriate for your role are our guiding principals. For example, if you work in sales and occasionally meet customers, you can adapt your outfit depending on the client and the context. If you’re a nurse, we provide workwear for you to use when conducting health check-ups. Ask your manager if you’re unsure!

Thank God It’s Monday (TGIM) is our weekly all-hands meeting. At TGIM, we kickstart the week together with a few recurring agenda points:
📈 Each team gives a short update on what happened the previous week and what the focus is for the coming week. This creates transparency and a shared direction.
❤️🩹 Patient of the Week, where one of our nurses shares (anonymously) a story about an employee/patient where we’ve been able to make a difference through health guidance. This can range from detecting irregularities in blood tests to providing support in preventing and managing mental health challenges through counselling.

We enjoy spending time together and having fun! In addition to recurring after-works, we always host summer and Christmas parties. 🥳
Every Friday, we gather for a shared breakfast, which not only gives us a great start to the day but also energy for either a Friday walk or a Friday run—organized every week, and you choose the activity that suits you best.
Beyond that, we enjoy trying different health activities together, from breathwork sessions to circuit training and running races.

Spending time together is important to us, which is why we have an “office-first policy.” This means we spend the majority of our working time at the office. To support this, we’ve created great conditions with a modern workspace, plenty of phone booths and meeting rooms, a central location, and activities at the office.
