ABOUT THE ROLE
OneLab is one of the fastest-growing companies in the Nordics within SaaS and occupational health. Our platform supports over 75,000 employees and 500+ companies globally – helping organizations detect health risks early and provide medical follow-up at the right time, with the support of digital tools and AI.

We are now looking for a Software Engineer with a strong focus on frontend to join our growing tech team. You’ll build user-facing product experiences end-to-end and collaborate closely with engineering, design, and product. While you’ll work across the stack when needed, your main impact will be shaping how our platform feels, looks, and performs for customers and end users.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Build and scale our modern health-tech platform with a frontend-first focus, using TypeScript and React/Svelte (and Node.js/AWS where needed).
• Own and improve key parts of the UI and user experience: interaction design, responsiveness, accessibility, and performance.
• Collaborate with product, design, medical, sales, and customer success to deliver polished, high-impact user-facing features.
• Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to good architectural decisions — especially around frontend structure, state management, and component quality.
• Help evolve our platform with a focus on performance, reliability, and smart automation, with particular attention to web performance and frontend observability.
• Learn and apply AI-related tools and techniques where relevant — we don’t expect expertise, but curiosity and a willingness to learn are key.

• Database: MySQL, MongoDB,Redis
• Infrastructure: AWS, Kubernetes, Docker

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• A few years of experience as a frontend-heavy fullstack engineer.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern development practices.
• An interest in (or experience) with AI/ML applications is a big plus.
• A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
• Fluent in English (Swedish is not required).
• Experience from health-tech or related domains is a bonus, but not necessary.
